Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
A: There is an additional travel fee of $2.00 per mile after. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Q: Do you deliver to other cities?
A: Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Q: Does the standard 8 hour rental time include your set up time?
A: No, set up is not included in the 8hr rental time alotted.
Q: When do you set up?
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive anytime the day before the rental begins to set up for Saturday Rentals or the morning of, Sunday rentals we arrive 1-3 hours before the set party time.
Q: We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A: No. The jump will be clean when you get it. Fun Times Bounce House & Party Supplies LLC cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A: Yes we do service parks with an addition $100.00 added insurer and time sensitivity fee. As far as electricity; please confirm with your park director. We do rent generators with a full tank of gas for $125.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: We accept credit card as payment, for the deposits or paying in full at check out. Full payment must be made 24 hours before your rental.
Q: What if we need to cancel?
A: Your payment on our invoice indicates your agreement to abide by the attached Terms & Conditions. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once we have received your deposit Fun Times Bounce House & Party Supply Rentals, LLC shall reserve the date and products agreed upon and not make any other reservations for your specific items for any other Customers for the same rental period. For this reason, in the event that you cancel or reduce the quantities of any item on your contract for any reason after payments have been made, all monies paid shall be retained by Fun Times Bounce House & Party Supply Rentals, LLC in order to offset its loss of business for same items to other potential customers. Payment of half of the total due (“Deposit”) shall be paid at the time of the reservation of the equipment. The remaining balance due (“Balance Due”) shall be paid one (2) day prior to the Rental Date If the Balance Due is not paid at least one (1) day prior to the Rental Date, the reservation shall be released and the Order canceled. If the Rented Equipment is delivered by Fun Times Bounce House & Party Supply Rentals, LLC and accepted by Customer, then Customer shall not be entitled to any refund whatsoever if Customer elects not to use the Equipment due to weather or other causes. If we cancel the order due to weather, a rain check will be applied for a future event for the customer.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we do require a deposit of $100 for orders less than $500 and 50% of orders over $500.
Q: How big are the jumps?
A: Each jump is different, please contact us if you need the dimensions of a certain jump.
Q: What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
A: Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4' access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We can set up on Grass. Concrete as well with a fee.
Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
